After a fabulous, previous experience, I decided to give the Team at Tommy Austin Florist in Rancho Cucamonga another go...they did NOT disappoint. Most of the time, when I order online flower deliveries, I later find out the bouquet is not as promised and doesn't look like the picture. So, of course, I requested the florist team send me a picture of the delivery going out to a colleague that had last a parent. The bouquet was call "Hope this makes you smile" which I'm sure it did because it was absolutely beautiful. The online order experience was quick and easy, and the follow-up was definitely 5 STARS...thank you, Tommy Austin (RC). You're absolutely on my phone's Favorites list.
